An avid and passionate reader of science fiction and fantasy, Cassie’s own passion for out-of-this-world romance began with Janelle Taylor’s Moondust and Madness, a futuristic romance with a feisty Earthling heroine and dashing alpha hero from the stars.  Her current works combine her passion for romance with an equal passion for archeology, magic and things that go bump in the night.

Cassie is published with New Concepts Publishing, LLC.  Her first book, an action/adventure romance set in Earth’s future, Hit Me With Your Best Shot is a July 2007 release.

Cassie is an active member of Romance Writers of America / Rose City Romance Writers chapter.  She lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband of seventeen years and two very spoiled, yet adorable, female Shih Tzu’s, Ginger and Abby.

When not crafting new worlds and fascinating characters, Cassie works as a Legal Administrator and lives in Oregon with her patient husband and her 'children', two adorable female Shih Tzu’s, Abby and Ginger (pictured below).
